X-PRESS Seal 50 is a high-performance, two-component open cell spray foam designed for thermal insulation, air sealing, and sound control. It features a no-mix formula and contains zero ozone-depleting blowing agents. Certification documentation (ESR) is available upon request.

This spray-applied foam offers strong surface adhesion and typically does not require additional adhesives or mechanical fasteners. Ideal applications include attics, walls, and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

2 lb CLOSED CELL -X-PRESS Seal 200

X-PRESS Seal 200 is a certified, two-component closed cell spray polyurethane foam system, engineered as a medium-density, semi-rigid 2-lb insulation product. It insulates and air-seals simultaneously, using an “A” component (ISO) and a blended “B” component (resin) that includes environmentally responsible polyols and flame-retardant additives. (ESR #834 available upon request.)

This foam is designed to enhance indoor comfort by improving energy efficiency, minimizing air leakage, and reducing noise transmission. It expands to fully seal voids, gaps, and crevices, creating a continuous thermal and air barrier throughout the building envelope.
